Scholarship – Romanian Government Scholarship
The Romanian Government Scholarship is available for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs. You can apply without IELTS, without an application fee, and for Bachelor’s and Master’s, you don’t need an acceptance letter, but for PhD, you must get an acceptance letter from Romania.
You can apply to a maximum of two universities and two programs.

Health insurance & accommodation covered
All fields are covered, including Medical, Social Sciences, Basic Sciences, and Management Sciences
The deadline to apply is March 12, 2025. Applications are very simple, and if your documents are ready, it won’t take more than 8-10 minutes to submit.
Scholarship – Skoltech Institute of Science and Technology (Russia)
The Skoltech Institute, also known as Skoltech, is offering fully funded Master’s and PhD scholarships.
Scholarship Details:

- PhD: 8 programs
- Master’s scholarships: 300
- PhD scholarships: 120

Scholarship – Shanghai Government Scholarship (China)
The Shanghai Government Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship offered by the Shanghai Municipal Government for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs.
Scholarship Benefits:
It has two types:
Type A (Fully Funded) – Same as Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC)
- No tuition fee
- Monthly stipend
- Bachelor’s: 2500 RMB/month
- Master’s: 3000 RMB/month
- PhD: 3500 RMB/month
- Health insurance & accommodation covered
Type B (Partially Funded)
- No tuition fee
- Health insurance covered (Accommodation & living expenses not covered)
Application Process & Deadlines:
Varies by university (Each university has its own deadline)
Scholarship – University of Genoa (Italy)
The University of Genoa is offering fully funded Master’s scholarships for 20 programs.
Benefits:
- No IELTS required
- No application fee
- No acceptance letter required
Deadline: March 14, 2025
Applications can be submitted on the university’s official portal.
Scholarship – Thailand Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (TAIST)
TAIST is offering fully funded Master’s scholarships with 70 scholarships available.
Eligibility:
- Minimum CGPA of 2.75/4.00
- If CGPA is below 2.75, 2 years of job experience is required

Scholarship – Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC)
The CSC Scholarship is China’s most famous and fully funded scholarship for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs.
